Check your specific product
Ingredients vary by gummy, chamoy, syrup, and cocada flavor. Our cocadas use milk ingredients; other selections may contain additional allergens. Read the current package label and ask us about the exact combination before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary restriction. We do not represent all products as vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, organic, or allergen-free. Do not assume a new flavor has the same ingredients as another flavor.
Cross-contact and custom cups
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment. Combining gummies, chamoy, syrups, or cocada flavors can introduce ingredients and allergens from every selected component. A note asking us to omit an allergen is not confirmation that we can safely meet that request. Contact us before ordering; if we cannot confirm suitability for your needs, do not order that item.
Heat, texture, and appearance
Gummies can soften, stick together, or melt during warm transit; chamoy can shift or change consistency. Handmade cocadas may vary reasonably in color, size, and texture. We review substantial melting, leaking containers, excessive burning, contamination, and other quality concerns under our refund policy. This guide does not treat all damage as normal variation.
After delivery
Bring the package indoors promptly. Follow the storage and any best-before instructions on the label for your specific item; do not leave cups in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight. Use clean utensils and close the lid between servings. We do not publish one shelf-life or storage temperature for every recipe. Contact us if instructions are missing or unclear.
Safety concerns
Do not consume food with suspected tampering, mold, an unusual odor, or another safety concern. Contact emmalicious@theemmaalvarez.com with the order number, product/flavor, and photos when practical. Do not taste food to test whether it is safe. If an urgent medical reaction occurs, seek medical help rather than waiting for customer support.
Container size and labels
“8 oz” and “16 oz” refer to container capacity, not a promise of finished food net weight. Check the package label for the actual product information. This guide supplements product-specific ingredient and allergen labeling; it does not replace it.
