About these terms
Emmalicious is operated by The Emma Alvarez, LLC. By using this website or ordering from us, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout. Please read the product details and your selected options before ordering. Contact us at emmalicious@theemmaalvarez.com with questions.
Products and custom choices
Our gummies, cocadas, and bundles are food products. Photos and colors are illustrative; handmade batches and display settings can cause reasonable variations. Select the gummy types, chamoy flavor, heat level, cocada flavor, and container count offered on the product page. Your order confirmation records the selections submitted at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need current ingredient, allergen, net quantity, or care information for a product. Check the package label when your order arrives. We cannot promise an allergen-free environment unless a product explicitly says so. Do not consume a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout before payment. We may correct an obvious listing error or decline an order we cannot fulfill; if payment was captured for an unfulfilled order, we will refund the affected amount. Submitting an order does not guarantee stock until we accept and fulfill it. Gift cards, if offered, are subject to their displayed terms and applicable law.
Shipping, cancellations, and final sale
Orders are prepared and shipped throughout the week as explained in our shipping policy. Carrier delivery dates are estimates. Food items are final sale for changes of mind, preference, or a customer selection error because we cannot verify food safety after delivery. Our return and refund policy explains order problems, cancellation requests, and available remedies. These terms do not take away rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including remedies for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or unsafe and required refunds for unshipped orders.
Website use and content
Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or images commercially without permission. Emmalicious names, designs, images, and site content belong to us or their respective owners. Third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and carriers, may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version; the version in effect when you order governs that order unless a change is required by law. These terms are governed by California law to the extent permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Promotions and review incentives
Discount eligibility, limits, expiry dates, and combinations follow the offer and the rules shown at checkout. Bundle savings apply to the displayed bundle compared with the stated individual-item prices. A review reward, when offered, is for an honest review regardless of rating; disclose the incentive when reviewing. Do not submit fabricated reviews, impersonate others, or claim an endorsement that was not authorized. Creator links or codes may earn the creator a commission.
Brand and intellectual property
Our original artwork, photographs, videos, text, packaging designs, and logos are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Emmalicious and The Emma Alvarez names identify our business; nothing here claims a registration we do not hold. You may share links and make uses permitted by law, but commercial copying, repackaging our creative assets, false affiliation, or use suggesting our sponsorship requires written permission. Do not use our brand to impersonate us or sell counterfeit products.
Reviews and customer content
You retain ownership of your review and any original material you submit. By posting content to our store’s public review feature, you give us a nonexclusive permission to display it with that review and moderate it for spam, unlawful material, private information, or content unrelated to the product. We do not condition remedies on removing criticism or leaving a favorable review. We will seek separate permission before using private messages or identifiable customer images in promotional materials.
Responsible use and limitations
Do not submit false order or payment information, misuse discount offers, scrape content in a way that disrupts the store, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use to the extent permitted by law; this does not excuse refunds owed for unfulfilled orders. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site interruptions or uses of the site outside its intended purpose. No limitation excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, negligence where it cannot legally be excluded, unsafe or defective goods, or any other non-waivable obligation.
Policy versions and disputes
