When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared and shipped the same day. Carrier cutoffs, weekends, holidays, and order volume may affect dispatch. Carrier transit time is additional. How do I customize a gummy cup?
Choose the available gummy types, chamoy flavor, and mild or spicy heat on the product page. The choices shown at checkout are the ones attached to your order, so review them before paying.
What does 16 oz or 8 oz mean?
Those sizes describe the container capacity, not the finished candy's net weight. The 8 oz-size cups are currently offered in the sampler bundle.
Can I return candy or get a refund?
Food items are final sale for changes of mind or preference because we cannot verify their handling after delivery. We review damaged, incorrect, missing, or unsafe orders and provide remedies as appropriate or required by law. See the return and refund policy.
How much is shipping?
Enter your address at checkout for the shipping charge. Larger orders may need multiple boxes. Carrier transit estimates start after the parcel is accepted and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
What about ingredients and allergens?
Recipes and gummy selections can vary. Before ordering, email emmalicious@theemmaalvarez.com with the specific product and selections if you need current ingredient, allergen, or storage information. Do not assume a product is free of an allergen unless we have confirmed it for that specific item.
What if gummies arrive melted?
Heat can affect texture and cause sticking or melting. Significant melting, leakage, or an unsafe product is reviewed under our refund policy. Bring packages indoors promptly and follow the label. See food care and allergens.
Can I pick up locally?
When offered at checkout or confirmed by us, pickup is available in Manteca by arrangement. Plan 12–24 hours ahead and wait for confirmation before arriving. See pickup details.
